The two-feet rule

Updated: Aug 25, 2022

This one is easy and brief, and a guiding point for my teams. It applies to a situation where you find yourself in a meeting, conversation, or activity that is not a good use of your time, is not providing value to you, and/or in which you are not participating or contributing.

The "rule" is that you are fully empowered to use your "two feet" and leave with no fear of repercussion.
