Product requirements:

Upon this epic's completion, there should be a seamless approach to development, deployment, publishing, and subsequent delivery to any customer site, respective of all identified issues listed above. Current partner attribution should be retained and carried forward. Any third-party integration for this process must be discussed prior to movement in a direction with the preference being to streamline and avoid further expenses incurred, adherence to standards, and a preference for Microsoft and Azure OOB offerings.


Reasoning: If the need for this work is not immediately obvious and related to the larger business case or goal state, this is a good place to capture that information to give everyone context for the work to be done, and what larger effort this is moving forward.
