Product Backlog Template: Deep dive on reasoning and regulations (10..11)

Updated: Mar 1, 2023

Questions:

There is ongoing discovery around the existing inventory of projects/products/capabilities. Nils, Kristen, and Dave are in the process of reviewing and identifying potential capabilities for future-proofing and appropriate areas for separation from the deployment perspective and upcoming market/industry opportunities.

Reasoning: In the concept of having the backlog be the source of truth, questions should be captured here for not only future reference, but reduce the repetition of the same questions, and then have new people be able to follow the chain of thought and challenges. It also is a place for everyone to raise issues when they are reviewing the backlog prior to grooming, to make those efforts go faster and identify anything not obvious to everyone else. It is a knowledge-sharing opportunity.

Regulatory guidance: TODO

NOTE: Questions should not be deleted, as they are documentation and/of due diligence as well.

Feedback:

[Comments or notes from stakeholders (or anyone). The goal is full transparency.]

Reasoning: This can be another catch-all. If there was a question or comment or anything of not, put it here. Everything that might need to be said is not a question.
